Terms of Service

Ordering a commission means you're agreeing to my terms of service!

General Terms

• I am not responsible if the commissioner fails to read the terms of service that I provide
• You are only purchasing the digital file, not a printed artwork
• I draw commissions in my style only. Please, don’t ask me to change it
• I draw: Original Characters, Real People (in my style only), Fanart, Pets, slight NSFW (ask me)
• I don't draw: Gore, Ponies, Mecha
• Extra character is 100% of the price
• If you order a commission for commercial use, the commission price will be 20% higher
• There is no deadline, but I always do my best to finish commission as soon as I can
• If you need your commission to be done till some specific date, I'll charge extra fee for the speed (whether it should be done in one week or one month - please, let me know. I'm not responsible for failing your deadlines in case you didn't tell me about them)

How to order

• To order commission, please, send me a direct message on any of my social media or email (Twitter DMs are preferred). You can find the links to all of my social media websites if you click on "home" on my carrd
• Please, describe what kind of commission do you want and send me all needed references
• Be not afraid to send me a lot of information! The more details I know, the better the commission will turn out~

Payment Process

• I will only accept Paypal
Payments will only be accepted in USD
• I will start work after I receive your payment (some big projects can be paid in stages)
• If the character has a complex design there will be an extra fee
• I will send you my email so that you pay for the commission via Paypal
• Once I have all the details for your order and the payment has been received, I will add you to my Waiting List
• Do not send me any payment until I have accepted your commission and requested you to pay
• There is no refunds after payment is received

Work process

• I will send you a sketch before I will start with lineart and coloring, to make sure everything’s alright
• Once I finish your commission, you are allowed to request small changes (big changes are paid additionally)

Copyright & Usage Police

• I may post the picture/WIPs of picture (unless you asked me to otherwise) anywhere on my social media etc. to promote myself. I will always give you proper credits as the owner of the characters/commissioner
• You are not allowed to change, modify or use my works for anything we haven't discussed when you ordered the commission
• Please, always credit me as an artist
